Every piece is made after you order it, so there are two clocks: the time it takes to produce, and the time it takes to travel. Which production network makes your piece depends on where you are.
If you are in India
Your piece is a framed fine-art print — the painting reproduced on art paper and set in a slim wooden frame, glazed and ready to hang. It is printed, framed and dispatched from within India.
- Production — 2 to 4 business days
- Transit — 2 to 5 business days to most pin codes; a little longer to the north-east and to island territories
- Delivery cost — free, on every order
Everywhere else
Your piece is a framed canvas — the painting on archival cotton-poly canvas, hand-stretched over a solid pine frame. It is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps most parcels domestic.
- Production — 2 to 7 business days. Larger sizes sit at the longer end of that range.
- Delivery cost — calculated at checkout from the production partner's live rates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and courier backlogs during festive periods can all add days that are outside anyone's control.
Why the two editions differ
Producing a stretched canvas in one country and shipping it across the world costs more than the artwork is worth to most people. Rather than pass that on, we make the India edition here — as a framed print, which is what can be made well and quickly at home. The painting is the same; the surface it arrives on is not, and each product page says plainly which one you are buying.
Tracking
You will receive two emails: one confirming the order, and one with a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the facility. If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, write to us and we will chase it.
Duties and taxes
Orders within India carry no import duty. For international destinations, the courier may collect import duty or VAT on delivery where we are not registered to collect it. Where that applies it is set by your country's customs authority and is not something we can waive or refund.
Wrong address
Because production begins quickly, we can usually only change a delivery address within 12 hours of the order. After that the parcel is already labelled. Write immediately to thetinttherapyy@gmail.com with your order number and we will do what we can.
Damaged in transit
Rare, but it happens. Photograph the parcel and the piece exactly as they arrived, before unpacking any further, and send the photos within 7 days of delivery. A replacement goes into production at no cost to you.
