The artwork
Are these original paintings?
No — these are archival canvas reproductions of original paintings. Each original is painted by hand in the studio, then photographed and printed at 300 dpi on artist canvas. The originals stay in the studio. If you want to enquire about buying one, write to us.
Is the artwork AI-generated?
No. Every piece begins as paint on a surface. The only digital steps are photographing the finished painting and preparing that file for print.
What happens at the edges of the frame?
The gallery-wrap edge is created by mirroring the artwork outward, so nothing is cropped out of the composition and nothing is invented to fill the wrap. What wraps around the sides is a reflection of what is already at the border of the painting.
Will the colours look exactly like the photographs?
Close, but every screen is calibrated differently and the matte canvas surface reads slightly softer than a backlit display. Files are colour-matched against the physical painting under neutral light, which is the closest reference there is.
Does it come with a certificate?
Yes. Every print ships with a Certificate of Authenticity carrying the artwork title, the edition, the print size and finish, the production date and the studio's mark. See Certificate of Authenticity.
Ordering
Which size should I choose?
The Size & Framing Guide walks through it with real measurements. The short version: smaller sizes for close viewing and groupings, larger ones as a single piece above furniture.
Can I get a size or orientation that is not listed?
Sometimes. It depends on the resolution of the source painting — some can be printed larger than others without softening. Write to us with what you have in mind.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, on a limited basis. Email thetinttherapyy@gmail.com with the subject, the size and the room it is for.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering, usually yes — after that the file is already at the production facility. Write immediately with your order number.
Delivery
How long will it take?
2–7 business days to produce, then transit on top. Full country-by-country estimates are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — India, the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and beyond, priced in local currency at checkout.
Will I pay customs duty?
Orders are routed to the production partner closest to you, so most parcels never cross a border. Where one does, import duty is set by your country's customs authority and collected by the courier.
Returns
Can I return a print I simply do not like?
Because every print is manufactured to order, a returned piece cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns are not possible. Claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered are accepted within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
My print arrived damaged.
Photograph it as it arrived, together with the outer packaging, before unwrapping further, and email the photos within 7 days. A replacement is produced at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Care
How do I clean it?
A dry soft cloth. Never glass cleaner or solvents. The Care & Handling page covers the rest.
Will it fade?
Latex pigment inks on coated canvas are stable indoors for many years. Direct, sustained sunlight will shorten that for any print regardless of who makes it — hang it out of a hard afternoon sun and it will outlast the wall it is on.
